Beechcroft and Angle Land & Developments have engaged extensively with Dacorum Borough Council and Hertfordshire County Council throughout the preparation of the proposals for the site. Over the course of a series of meetings and workshops with officers, the proposals have evolved and been shaped in response to the feedback received. The aim is to deliver a high-quality landscape-led scheme which makes a meaningful contribution towards identified local housing needs in a design response that is suited to the site context.

As part of our consultation strategy, we have also sought to engage with Berkhamsted Town Council and the Local Ward Members to discuss our proposals.

We need your feedback

Your feedback matters. Topics covered in the responses to engagement will be followed up by the project team and, where relevant, external bodies to assist in finalising the application proposals.

Take the survey

After collating all responses received, a Statement of Community Engagement (SCE) will be prepared for submission alongside the application. The SCE will summarise all comments received to the public consultation.
